- Prices include VAT, RAC breakdown cover and fully comprehensive insurance. (subject to conditions) Prices do not include fuel.
- An excess mileage charge of 10p per mile will be charged on any mileage over 150 miles per day.
- Drivers must be between 25 and 69 years - having held a full driving license for a minimum of two years - £600 excess applies.
- The excess is payable in respect of any damage sustained to the hire vehicle, no matter how the damage is caused.
- Collision damage waiver - The liability in respect of the insurance excess may be reduced to £200, by taking out the optional collision damage waiver - charges as shown - (subject to our discretion)
- Waiver up to 24 hours £12 + £8 for each additional day.
- In the event of any damange being caused, the £200 deposit will be kept and unless the optional waiver has been paid, the balance of the damage upto the excess amount will be taken off your debit/credit or by other means.(waiver not applicable if any any damage is caused negligently)
On booking the vehicle for hire
- The hire charge is required, plus a full valid driving license, (if you hold a photo ID license, you must also produce the endorsement sheet), credit card and one proof of address to match the address on the license, e.g. a utility bill or bank statement (less than three months old)
- In the event of cancellation by the hirer, the hire charge will not be refunded.
- The Lessor cannot in any way be held responsible if he is unable to honour the hire beyond his control. Under these circumstances the hire money will be returned.
On collecting the vehicle
- A deposit of £200 payable by cash / debit card or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card for at least £200. (Refundable if returned undamaged and on time)
